September brought practical improvements you will notice in daily use. We made conversations easier to start and follow, actions like saving and submitting more predictable, and key pages cleaner so you can find what you need faster. Onboarding is simpler, and important tasks are highlighted so nothing is missed.
Improved Messaging System

We rebuilt communications around “Desk” inboxes for each Fund, each Entity, and Gamma Prime. You can still hear from individual staff when a one-to-one note is better, but formal updates come from a Desk so nothing gets lost. Broadcasts to many recipients can only be sent from a Desk, and any reply to a broadcast stays private between you and the sender.
When you open New Thread, the recipient list shows only the contacts that matter to you. You will see Fund Desks you invest in now, Fund Desks you invested in before, any Funds or Entities you have already contacted, the Entity Desks linked to those Funds, Gamma Prime Desk, and any team member who has messaged you before.
You can view threads by recipient or by thread title. The default is View by recipient, which is often faster for day-to-day use. Each thread shows the time of the last message and an unread counter that updates as you browse. You can sort threads by time and sort recipients alphabetically. This gives you a consistent way to scan recent activity or return to a specific discussion title.
New Notifications

You will see regular alerts in the bell icon. High-priority notices are shown in a distinct style and include a clear button to act, for example, Start KYC, Complete profile, Open questionnaire, or Review Entity invite. Notifications display all updates in one place – showing the thread title, a short preview, the sender, and the time, making it easy to understand what needs attention immediately and what can wait.
Update of Entity Setup and Edit Entity Processes

Across pages like Entity Setup and Edit Entity, the Save button turns gray and disables after you save. If you make a change, it switches back on. If you return to a page with no new changes, it stays disabled. This removes guesswork and prevents accidental resubmission.
Updated Dashboard Sections

We adjusted columns, filters, and names so information is easier to read where you work most. Investor lists now include an email column next to the name. Transactions use a clearer row design and updated filters. In the Entities list, tooltips are easier to read and State is now State/Region. We also added a Signed Up status with a Block action when needed, and we now show the right Verified tooltip depending on whether a user is linked to an Entity or is a basic user.
New Navigation

Sidebars and mobile menus adjust to how you use the platform. Retail investors see portfolio and profile tools first. Entity participants see fund and investor tools up front. The aim is fewer clicks to reach your most common tasks.
Accredited Investors Questionnaire

Retail users need to complete the questionnaire before using the platform fully. You can start, pause, and return anytime, progress is saved automatically whenever you move to a new page. There is a confirmation step before submission. If you have not completed it, a clear status appears in the header, clicking it brings you back to the questionnaire.
Tokenized Capital Summit 2025 Singapore Recap

We hosted 3,000+ attendees, including 400+ HNWIs, 110 speakers, and representatives from 25+ billion-dollar funds. Networking was active from doors open to close. Our team held back-to-back meetings with funds, family offices, exchanges, and infrastructure providers. These conversations now move to due diligence and product scoping.
Arthur Hayes offered a clear view of market structure and liquidity across cycles. Anthony Scaramucci focused on institutional adoption. He underscored how tokenization can open private markets to a broader base while keeping compliance and reporting tight.
For users, the takeaway is straightforward – more qualified funds on the platform, clearer documents, and faster investor workflows are in progress. We expect the Singapore connections to translate into new opportunities and a smoother experience over the next releases.
Closing Note

Our goal is steady, visible progress that makes your daily use simpler and more reliable. The updates in messaging, saving and navigation are steps in that direction, and the connections made in Singapore will help bring more high-quality opportunities onto the platform.
