This month, we’ve made significant progress in building out Gamma Prime’s core infrastructure. From fund creation to legal entity onboarding and investor communications, these updates bring more structure, clarity, and flexibility to how institutions operate on the platform.
Fund Setup and Editing

We’ve launched a new 18-step Fund Setup flow that allows institutions to create funds with a structured and intuitive interface. Users can freely move between sections, save progress at any point, and return later to complete the submission.
The process includes fields for investment strategy, team members, fees, redemption terms, and investor eligibility rules. Team members can be added by email, with automatic onboarding if they’re not yet on Gamma Prime. Historical performance metrics can be entered manually or uploaded via CSV, with calculations for drawdown and distributions handled automatically.
Editing a fund now uses the same interface as the setup flow, with some key differences. Users can jump directly to any section and use a new “Save and Exit” button to store changes without submitting. Certain fields, such as the fund name, become locked once a fund has been approved. Other fields remain editable and will either update instantly or require Gamma Prime review, depending on their type.
Legal Entity Creation and Management

Institutions can now create Legal Entities through a guided, multi-step process. Each entity must provide a unique legal name, short name, place of registration, legal type, and identification number. The system supports dynamic regional fields – for example, state selection only appears for countries where it’s relevant. Users can upload an optional logo, which will be shown wherever the entity appears on the platform.
The flow includes a dedicated section for listing directors and defining the share structure. Shareholders can be individuals or entities, with ownership percentages automatically calculated based on the number of shares entered. If shareholders are not yet on Gamma Prime, they’ll receive an invitation to register. For verification, the platform accepts both uploaded documents and links to official government sources. Certain verification documents – such as the register of directors and certificate of registration – are always required.
Once submitted, the legal entity enters a “Pending Approval” state, during which users can manage team access and begin setting up funds. However, no public publishing is allowed until approval is complete.
Communications Interface

We’ve introduced a built-in messaging system to support communication across users, funds, entities, and Gamma Prime itself. Communication is organized into threads, with each thread assigned a title and recipient. Messages support attachments, and users can track status with read/unread, replied/unreplied, and archived/unarchived indicators.
The system supports broadcast messages, where funds or entities can send one message to multiple recipients. Replies in these threads remain private. All funds, entities, and Gamma Prime have accounts used for managing institutional communication. Regular users can only contact accounts unless they’ve received a direct message from a team member, at which point individual communication becomes available.
We’ve also added filters, search tools, and a dual-view selector to browse threads by recipient or by thread name. Badges show unread message counts, and new notifications appear in the top-right corner of the dashboard with previews and timestamps.
Fund Management Dashboard

The new Fund Management Dashboard provides a central place for institutions to oversee each fund. Here, fund managers can view and edit fund details, track investor engagement, manage availability and transferability settings, and access the communications interface. The dashboard is structured to support both day-to-day operations and long-term updates.
New Landing Page

We’ve launched a new landing page to deliver a smoother, more intuitive experience across Gamma Prime. With a cleaner layout, faster load, and clearer navigation, the page is designed to help users explore our platform, access key features, and understand our offerings more efficiently. This update reflects our continued focus on usability and making institutional-grade more accessible.
What’s Next

These improvements are part of our broader goal to make Gamma Prime the most reliable platform for institutional fund management. In the coming months, we’ll continue expanding features across compliance, transparency, and investor tools to support scalable growth for both new and existing users.
